Week 4 keep thinking of gastronomy....
Dr, this week SCL is quite challenging arhhhh....😂But, it's ok larhhh after finding some FILA table examples on Internet, I know the skill to fill up the FILA table. Even though this week SCL is challenging, it's also interesting and can learn something from the FILA table... During Tuesday's lecture class, I saw the word '...FILA...' shown on the screen, I was wondering "is that an article bout FILA???"🤣 But the truth is that this FILA is not that FILA...hahaha...Then, after doing this FILA table, I probably know what TPS is in business, but not fully understand larhhh.
I think what Dr educates us is make sense, n I can understand why every group message the client instead of calling the client. bcuz we're afraid to communicate with people we're not familiar with, n we lack of confidence when talking to stranger. We're afraid that what if we say something wrong n make people mad, n we're also afraid to be rejected by people. But nvm, I think this time was a good experience for us to learn before we enter the workplace. I'm appreciated Dr.Fareed gives ur patience in lecturing us. (I doesn't mean other lecturers lose their patience in lecturing us ya...😂all lecturers are kind and good hahahaha)
cuz we're going to start our CIP project, to make us more understanding the TPS, Dr continued explain TPS. This picture was Dr. Fareed giving example bout the security checkpoint in airport when explaining TPS. Dr.Fareed is humorous larhh😂 Everytime Dr tells a story or gives example with body language, the scenario is sure funny. So our class ambiance is happy mahhh right? hahaha
This week lab, every group needs to update the progress of communicate with our client. Every group successfully to gain approved from client, but there're 2 groups do not gain approved from their potential client. Every group needed to explain how they communicate with their client. Then, after all groups presenting, Dr.Fareed stated the issue we should not do and what we need to do when we approach our client. Seems like most of the group communicates with their client through WhatsApp message.
Dr said WhatsApp is one way to communicate with people but it is unofficial. When it is an emergency issue, we should call people instead of texting them n wait for a reply. bcuz people may busy at the time n would not read the message. Dr gave an example if we r be informed that there is someone we familiar with has passed away, then shall we keep texting to ask people who inform us the news n then wait for the message? If so, we will receive the message after the funeral has been done. If we really wan to know the detail, we should call back that person so the person will not miss ur message.
Back to the point, Dr.Fareed also told us we need to refer to the prompt online netiquette has ever mentioned in the class, n we should follow 24 hours rule which means that we should reply to people's messages within 24 hours. Besides calling people, Dr also told us the proper way to message client is through email. To make us understand, Dr taught us how to use google calendar to create a meeting session with people n send the email through google calendar at the same time. I think this is daebakkkk...bcuz I do not use google calendar before, n of course dunno this function....naruhodo naruhodo hahaha..
last one, cuz after Raya we will hav a presentation bout SWOT analysis on our client's business, so Dr.Fareed explained what should we do next, n Dr advised us when we're presenting pls dun do something too aggressive n frighten our client. bcuz there's ever a student do something out of Dr.Fareed's expectation during presentation n frightened the innocent client who sold ikan bilis...LOL hahahahaaha this story is laugh die me🤣🤣🤣
